All transactions are settled in U.S. Dollars (USD).


2. How the Payment Flow Works

  1. Secure Redirect – When you click either button, you are transferred to PayPal’s PCI-DSS Level 1 environment (HTTPS with TLS 1.2).
  2. Card Entry or PayPal Login – Enter card details or log in to your PayPal wallet. BebeHawaii never sees or stores full card numbers.
  3. Instant Authorization – PayPal authorizes the charge immediately; you receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt.
  4. Order Production – We begin printing your Hawaiian shirt within 3-5 business days.
  5. Settlement – Funds are captured only after authorization succeeds; if authorization fails, no charge is made.

3. Security & Fraud Protection

  • 256-bit SSL encryption site-wide (“https://” and padlock icon).
  • Tokenized payments: card data is replaced with a non-reversible token.
  • Real-time fraud screening via PayPal’s Risk API.
  • Address Verification (AVS) and CVV checks on every card order.
  • Manual review for orders flagged by our system (large quantity, mismatched ZIP, etc.).

4. Taxes & Currency

  • All prices include applicable state sales tax (calculated at checkout by ZIP code).
  • Your card issuer may charge an international-transaction fee if your card is issued outside the U.S.; BebeHawaii has no control over such bank fees.

5. When We Bill You

6. Order Modifications & Partial Refunds

Need to change size, shipping address, or cancel?

  • Email support@bebehawaii.com within 12 hours of purchase.
  • If the order has not entered production, we will void or adjust the transaction so your statement reflects the correct amount.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  1. Confirm the billing address and CVV match your card records.
  2. Try another card or select the yellow “Pay with PayPal” option.
  3. Still stuck? Call us at +1 (707) 753-0726 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM EST) — we’ll help troubleshoot or provide a PayPal invoice you can pay manually.
