1. Why This Policy Exists

Because every BebeHawaii shirt is printed on-demand within 3–5 business days, we give you a short “no-questions” window to change your mind before production starts. This page explains:

  • How long you have to cancel or modify
  • What changes we can and cannot make once printing begins
  • How fees, discounts, and shipping costs adjust after a modification
  • Refund timing for cancelled orders

This transparency is required by Google Merchant Center and helps us keep waste low and customers happy.

  • Cart drops below $200 ➜ original $4.95 shipping fee will be added.

No cancellation fee is charged, but print costs are unrecoverable once fabric is cut. Returning an unwanted shirt incurs no restocking fee; outbound shipping ($4.95) is non-refundable unless the item is defective.

6. Order-Change Workflow

  1. Send Request → Include Order #, clear instructions.
  2. We Acknowledge → Reply within 1 business hour during support hours.
  3. Status Check → If still “Pending,” we apply change; if “In Production,” we advise next steps.
  4. Confirmation Email → Updated invoice or cancellation receipt sent automatically.

7. Edge Cases & Exceptions

  • Duplicate Orders – Detected by our system; we email you for confirmation. If you confirm duplication, we cancel and refund the extra order automatically—even after 12 hours.
  • Fraud Flags – High-risk orders may be placed on hold; the 12-hour window pauses until verification is complete.
  • Bulk / Wholesale Orders (≥ 25 units) – Require a separate written agreement; different cancellation terms apply (outlined in your invoice).
