1. Why This Policy Exists

Our Hawaiian shirts are made-to-order (POD), produced after purchase. To keep things flexible and transparent, we offer a short window to cancel or modify before production begins.
Timing alignment (for clarity): Handling time: 3–5 Business Days; Transit time: 9–15 Business Days; Delivery time: 12–20 Business Days.

  • How shipping fees recalculate (if your cart changes within the window)
  • Refund timing once a cancellation is approved

2. 12-Hour Change-of-Mind Window

  • Clock starts: immediately after you click “Place Order.”
  • Deadline to act: within 12 hours.

Shipping fee behavior (US-only): Flat rate $4.95 per order. We do not offer a free-shipping threshold. If you add/remove items within 12 hours, the fee remains $4.95 unless otherwise stated in our Shipping Policy.

4. After 12 Hours or Once “In Production”

Notes: No cancellation fee is charged, but print costs are unrecoverable once fabric is cut. Returning an unwanted shirt incurs no restocking fee (0%); the outbound shipping fee $4.95 is non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

5. Refund Method & Timing

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Timing (cancellations and partial removals approved within the 12-hour window):

  • We initiate the refund within 24 hours of approval.
  • Bank/card posting: allow 5–10 Business Days for your financial institution to complete posting (this part is outside our control).

Timing (returns after delivery): Per our Refund & Returns Policy, refunds are processed within 5 Business Days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Your bank/card may then need 5–10 Business Days to post the amount.

We email a confirmation as soon as a refund is processed.

6. Order-Change Workflow

  1. Send request → include Order # and clear instructions.
  2. We acknowledge → reply within 1 business hour during support hours.
  3. Status check → if still “Pending,” we apply the change; if “In Production,” we advise next steps.
  4. Confirmation email → updated invoice or cancellation receipt sent automatically.

7. Edge Cases & Exceptions

  • Duplicate orders → if confirmed duplicate, we cancel and refund the extra order (even after 12 hours).
  • Fraud flags → high-risk orders may be placed on hold; the 12-hour clock pauses until verification completes.
  • Bulk/wholesale (≥ 25 units) → require a separate agreement; different cancellation terms apply as stated on your invoice.
