We generally do not offer refunds for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color. However, we do support replacements, where customers only need to pay the shipping fee.
We are happy to provide a refund or free replacement in cases such as:
- The product size or design does not match what you ordered.
- The size chart provided on our website was inaccurate.

Important Notes

Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
Why 24 hours?
After 24 hours, your order is processed for shipping, and cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after delivery for further processing.
