All our items are made-to-order, ensuring the highest quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. As every product is customized, the manufacturing period may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience!

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, including:

- United States: 9–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 9–15 business days
Important Note: Due to business restrictions, we do not ship to South Korea at this time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking
- Purchase Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Shipping Confirmation: After production is completed, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking Updates: Click the tracking link in your email to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow several days for tracking information to update.
Common Order Tracking Issues
- Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or reprints. For details, contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) to verify the delivery status, including GPS location.
- Order in Transit for More Than 30 Days
- If your package has been delayed for 30+ days, we can reprint and reship your item.
- Package Delivered to the Incorrect Address
- If the package was delivered to the wrong address, we are happy to replace it. Please note that the BeBeHawaii Return Policy does not apply in force majeure situations.
- Invalid Address Provided
- Orders returned due to invalid or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacements, refunds, or credits.
- Valid Address but Package Returned
- If your order was returned despite a valid address, we will replace and reship your items.
- Lost in Transit
- If the post office confirms the package was lost, we’ll gladly replace and reship it.
- Incorrect or Defective Items
- For incorrect or defective items, we can ship a replacement order.
Requirements:- Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide clear, detailed photographs for quality control purposes.
Note: Replacement items cannot be modified.
