We provide FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $99 within the United States and for international orders exceeding $200.

Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and 94 countries globally. Our available options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days (excluding production time).
    Our system automatically selects the most suitable shipping carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, YANWEN, or YunExpress. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Important Notes

  1. Order Processing: You will receive a confirmation email a few days after placing your order. This email, shared with our production team, signals the start of your order processing. Rest assured, every order is handled manually to ensure accuracy. A second email containing tracking details will follow once your order is shipped.
  2. Customs Fees: We are not liable for customs duties or fees that may apply to your shipment. By placing an order, you agree that your package(s) may incur such fees upon arrival in your country.
  3. Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery timeframe applies under normal conditions. Delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or other disruptions. In case of loss, we will ensure your order is delivered or refunded.

  • International Orders: $8.95

Production Details

All our products are made-to-order and customized for you. Once your order is placed, we begin the production process. This means additional processing time is required.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For instance, if an item requires 3-5 business days for production and 3-10 business days for shipping, your total delivery timeframe will be approximately 6-15 business days.

Note: Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@bebehawaii.com, providing your order number and the requested changes. We will confirm the modification or cancellation if possible.

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) after placement. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
  • A 30% management and transaction fee will be deducted from the total value for canceled orders.

Tax Information

We are pleased to offer a 0% tax rate on all orders. However, your local customs authorities may impose import duties or fees, which are beyond our control. For more details, contact your local customs office.
