1. Service Area

  • United States only – We currently ship to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
  • Orders with non-U.S. destinations are automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

3. Fulfilment & Delivery Timeline

4. Order Tracking

  • A shipping-confirmation email with a clickable tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel leaves Claymont, DE.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier’s first scan.
  • Real-time status is always available in My Account → Orders.

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Address Accuracy – Ensure your shipping address (including apartment/unit, ZIP, and phone) is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Carrier Delays – Natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or peak-season congestion can extend transit times. While these circumstances are outside our control, we will assist with carrier claims if a parcel is more than 5 business days late.
  3. Lost or Damaged Packages – Report any loss, visible damage, or missing-item issue within 7 days of the last tracking event. After carrier confirmation, we will reship or refund at no cost.
  4. Unclaimed / Returned-to-Sender – If a parcel is returned because of delivery failure or refusal, we will notify you. Re-shipping the same order incurs the standard $4.95 fee (or remains free if the original subtotal was ≥ $200).
  5. Risk of Loss – Title and risk pass to you when the carrier marks the package “Delivered.”
