Overview

At BebeHawaii, our Hawaiian Shirts are made-to-order (POD) and produced after purchase. The goal of this policy is to clearly set expectations for order confirmation, handling, transit, and delivery across the United States.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders enter our confirmation queue immediately after checkout.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and confirmation number.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive all updates.

Delivery Area

We ship exclusively within the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses).

Shipping Fee

  • Flat rate: $4.95 per order (US).
  • No free-shipping thresholds are currently offered.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time consists of two phases:

  • Handling time: 3–5 business days for production and careful packing before handoff to the carrier.
  • Transit time: 9–15 business days from carrier pickup to final delivery.
  • Delivery time: 12–20 business days (handling + transit).

Business days: Mon–Sat, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, YANWEN

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
  • If tracking shows no updates initially, allow up to 48 hours for carrier scans to appear.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the stated Delivery time (12–20 business days):

  1. Check any secure drop-off areas around your address.
  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved, email our support team — we will resend your order or issue a full refund based on your preference.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Multiple Addresses

We ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple recipients, place separate orders.

Taxes

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
